Alexander Mazzara is a serial entrepreneur and a highly experienced digital executive. He has spent more than a decade working in various positions in start-ups and corporate companies, primarily in the media, technology, and services industries. Mazzara has demonstrated expertise in scaling businesses, utilizing data, organizational development, start-ups, and leadership.
His professional achievements include co-founding and leading LIONSTEP, a company that helps businesses attract and hire top digital talent across Europe. Mazzara also co-founded Silenccio, a cyber insurance company that won the Innovation Award of the Swiss Insurance Industry in 2018.
Previously, Mazzara served as the CEO and co-founder of joiz Group. His innovative work with joiz earned him recognition as the "Digital Pioneer of the Year 2012" by IAB Switzerland.
